Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest healing systems: India's 5,000 year old dynamic science of life that understands the human being as a reflection of nature itself and the five elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether). At its heart, it offers something simple and profound: when we understand our own nature, we can live in harmony with it.

My approach to Ayurvedic wellness is rooted in classical study and daily practice. I completed my first year of Ayurvedic studies with The Shakti School in 2026, and these principles are woven into the way I eat, rest, and move through life. I was drawn to Ayurveda because its health care system is the most holistic and integrated approach I've come across involving the mind, body, and spirit, utilizing food, spices, and herbs as medicine, and is highly personal and adaptive to time and place.

We begin with a longer session to go over your intake form and talk about a journey plan. From there we meet in ongoing 1:1 sessions, reassessing where you're at and what you need, building a practice that is entirely your own: guided by your original blueprint and current imbalance while taking into account nature's cycles. Ayurveda is about taking responsibility for your health and learning to tune in to what you need in real time; these practices take time to learn and implement, and change with the elements and seasons. I act as support and guide, and as an ongoing accountability buddy if you need one.

There is no one-size-fits-all here—only what is right for you. Sessions are available in person in my Creston home studio.

"According to Ayurvedic principles, by understanding oneself, by identifying one's own constitution, and by recognizing sources of doshic aggravation, one can not only follow the proper guidelines to cleanse, purify, and prevent disease, but also uplift oneself into a realm of awareness previously unknown."
